This session is offered free of charge as part of my practicum toward certification as a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist (RCH) with ARCH Canada — a nationally recognized, trauma-informed hypnotherapy organization.
As a student practitioner, I create a safe, collaborative space where you remain in control throughout the session. My approach blends neuroscience, subconscious exploration, and compassion to support clients working through anxiety, trauma, pain, grief, or emotional overwhelm.
